Centrul Vechi is the place to go for bar and restaurant variety. You can hop from one bar to another for days till you will run out of choices. I meant days and nights, as you will find an open place at any given time.
Piata Floreasca is the heart of the bar and restaurants scene. Floreasca is a bit flashier than other parts of town like Kisseleff, Primaverii or Dorobanti if you think in terms of architecture but it compensates with some of the best restaurants in town.
